Absolutely. If you provide Pantone references or brand colour codes, we’ll match those directly. If not, we can reproduce colours using full-colour (CMYK or digital print) processes to get as close as possible.
Yes. Before full production we will send you a mockup/sample (depending on the production method) so you can check design, colour, scale and attachment. Once you approve, we’ll proceed with the full batch. Because production begins after your approval, it’s important to review carefully.
Typically 100 units. Typically, small-batch orders are possible, and for larger volumes the unit cost decreases. Lead times vary, but we’ll give you a clear timeline when you request a quote. If you need charms urgently, just ask — we can often offer expedited production or smaller pilot runs.
We’re committed to delivering consistency. If your final charms do not meet the agreed sample or your expectations, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either remake the batch, issue a credit, or work with you to find a suitable resolution, depending on the issue.
