How the Proofing Process Works

For UK and European suppliers, you’ll receive a clear digital proof (usually a PDF visual) showing your design, colours, and dimensions.
For Far East production, we take things a step further — providing either high-resolution photographs or a physical pre-production sample of your badge.

Nothing is ever produced in bulk until you’ve given written approval. That approval triggers our production workflow, where every stage is logged and tracked within our ISO 9001 quality system.

Behind each proof is a collaboration between our design, sales, and production teams. Our designers ensure the artwork is accurate, while our production managers verify materials, scale, and technical details. If needed, we’ll refine and re-proof until everything’s perfect.
