Every Delivery Starts with an Inspection

When badges arrive from our approved factories, our dispatch team checks them against your order information. We confirm quantities, inspect packaging for damage, and review a sample of the goods to ensure they meet your approved proof.

If there’s any doubt, your account manager personally steps in to review the batch. Only when the product passes these checks do we sign off the delivery note. If it doesn’t, the batch is quarantined immediately in our Non-Conforming Product (NCP) area for investigation.

Quality You Can Measure — Literally

Our badges are measured using precision micrometers accurate to within a millimetre. Every dimension, from thickness to fitting placement, is verified against the approved specification. Colours are compared against Pantone swatches to ensure an exact match with your brand palette.

These checks are recorded, logged, and tied to your job reference number, ensuring full traceability for every order.

Packing That Protects and Impresses

Once your badges have passed inspection, we pack them with the same level of care that went into making them. Each order is handled according to its purpose — from eco-friendly bulk packaging for sustainability projects to retail-ready presentation boxes for premium campaigns.

Wherever possible, we use recyclable materials, FSC-certified tissue wraps, and biodegradable bags. Every package is clearly labelled, damage-protected, and sealed to withstand transit without compromising on presentation.

Dispatch with Zero Guesswork

Our dispatch administrators plan every shipment with precision. Whether your badges are headed across London or around the world, we work with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and In-Xpress same-day carriers.

All shipments are tracked in real time, and your account manager is notified the moment goods are collected. If there’s ever a delay, you hear it from us first — not from the courier.

Non-Conforming Goods? We Own It.

On the rare occasion that something isn’t perfect, we don’t hide it — we fix it. Any batch that doesn’t meet our standards is clearly labelled “NCP: Non-Conforming Product” and quarantined for review. Our team investigates the cause, contacts the supplier, and either arranges a remake or issues a corrective action.
