Every badge project is unique, but most follow a simple, tried-and-tested timeline:

  1. Design and Proof Approval (1–5 days)
    Once you’ve approved your quote, our design team creates a visual for you to sign off. Depending on complexity and feedback, this stage typically takes between one and five working days.
  2. Production (2–4 weeks)
    After approval, production begins. Lead times depend on the badge type, materials, and finishes chosen:
    • Soft or hard enamel badges: usually 3–4 weeks from approval.
    • Printed or button badges: often faster, around 1–2 weeks.
    • Special finishes or bespoke shapes: may add a few extra days.
    Throughout production, our UK team liaises directly with our approved factories to ensure everything is progressing to schedule.
  3. Shipping and Delivery (1–7 days)
    For UK-made badges, delivery is typically within one to two working days once production is complete.
    For badges produced overseas, delivery is arranged by air or sea freight — depending on your timeline and budget — and tracked closely from dispatch to delivery.
